Home Teams

What is a Hometeam?

A Home Team is a group of people who meet together to build close relationships and learn about being a Christ follower. Teams are approximately 8-12 people and meet on a weekly basis.

Why are Home Teams important?

It is our desire at CrossRoads church to create environments where people can become passionate Christ followers

The teams are specifically designed for you to connect better with other believers and with God. Even though CrossRoads Church is going to grow, Home Teams help us stay small at the same time.

Why should I join a Home Team?

To connect with others. Building strong relationships is a key focus of Home Teams. Trust, confidentiality, honesty and acceptance are core values in our teams.

They provide support in times of crisis, change and stress. You will feel better just knowing there are people who really care about you and many who are going through the same things your are.

To get closer to God. You can ask questions, participate in discussions and hear others share their triumphs and struggles along their spiritual journey.
